Outland Outpost Shipping Policy

Processing Time  

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order ships from our fulfillment center, we’ll send you a tracking number to outlandoutpost@hotmail.com if you need support, or directly to your email for tracking updates.

Delivery Times  

Most Outland Outpost products ship directly from our trusted suppliers in China to keep prices low and selection wide.  

•  UK Standard Shipping: 8-15 business days, Free  

•  EU & US Standard Shipping: 8-15 business days, Free  

•  Rest of World: 10-18 business days, Free  

All delivery times are estimates. Occasional delays can happen due to customs clearance, local postal services, or peak seasons like Black Friday and Christmas.

Order Tracking  

Every Outland Outpost order includes tracking. Please allow 2-5 business days after your shipping confirmation for tracking to activate. Use the link in your email to follow your package’s journey.

Shipping Costs  

Standard Shipping is always free at Outland Outpost. We do not currently offer express shipping.

Customs, Duties & Taxes  

For orders outside the UK, your country’s customs office may charge import duties, taxes, or fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Outland Outpost is not liable for delays caused by customs processing.

Incorrect Shipping Address  

Please make sure your address is correct at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your package is returned to us due to an address error, we can reship it once you cover the new shipping cost.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders  

If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days from the ship date, email us at outlandoutpost@hotmail.com with your order number. We’ll investigate with the carrier and arrange a reshipment or refund if needed.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at outlandoutpost@hotmail.com with photos and your order number. We’ll sort it out.
